Just a note of thanks for your fantastic "Private Money" home study course!

Gary,
We are moving into a large market in September, as we plan to begin building frame modular homes for several customers. We have also started a spec house in the area as well.
We are still involved in buying foreclosures and have been able to employ the OPM concept on two of the nineteen homes we own.
You know, it really wasn't a difficult concept to sell. We were able to get 75% appraised value on both properties, which provided funds for the purchase, repairs and a little "up front" money for us as well. One property funded was $75K and the other was $88K. I was able to earn over ten times my investment in your course "Huge Profits with Private Lenders" in only 2 months after studying the material.
Our investors are well covered and our cash flow (average of $180 per month per property) made both of the properties good deals for everybody.
We have purchased 5 properties since we took your course and have utilized what we learned on 40% of those properties. We already had bank financing lined up on two of those properties prior to investing in your program.

Hi Gary,
I just wanted to drop you a line regarding the Mr. Private Money home study course. Your information was very valuable and practical to me. I will now change how I fund investment properties. On my last rehab, I had to implement hard money lending and then refinance that loan until the property sold. With a six month carrying time allotted, and before reselling the property, I incurred $17,000 in closing costs for two loans/fees, holding costs, interest payments. If I had implemented Private Money using your program, it would have saved me a lot of time and stress going through the hoops that traditional lenders require. Clearly, going the route of using a private investor will greatly improve my future net profits on my real estate investments. Thank you for creating a first class program.
