During the past five years Gary was invited to speak at two
Equity Trust Company Retirement Education Group seminars in Cleveland, OH and Phoenix, AZ.

His presentation was on Private Money and how it positively impacts Real Estate investing while creating an excellent investment strategy for Private Lenders. Since 2002 Gary has developed an excellent relationship with Equity Trust Company and consults with the top executives on a regular basis.

Gary has invited Equity Trust Company to speak on several of his 2010 monthly Private Money conference calls.
