Gary has an extensive background in sales and marketing for several world-class companies such as Komatsu America and Ingersoll-Rand, providing capital equipment for some of the largest construction and transportation projects in the United States. While working with clients on those major real estate projects, Gary began studying the potential of investing in real estate and started buying foreclosed properties. Gary is a full time real estate investor and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In fact, during an April 2003 Channel 9 NEWS segment, they featured this property, which is near Woodlawn and South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. This property was a foreclosure acquired from the homeowner via a “Short Sale” with the bank. Equity Ventures LLC successfully turned the worst property in the neighborhood into one of the best. They received a lot of excellent press from the community for their efforts on the project which lead to the Channel 9 News Segment.
